1ST edition Lyndon Baines Johnson book, The Vantage Point Perspectives of the Presidency 1963 - 1969.

Measures 9 1/2” x 6 1/2” x 2”.

The book was published by Holt, Reinhart and Winston in 1971, having the original dust jacket, which is in nice condition with some wear.

The book itself, is in nice condition with some wear to the cover, tight, clean and is inscribed and signed by the president, "To Mr. and Mrs. Bill Miller, My friend Darrell's Sister and Her Husband - with my appreciation, Lyndon B. Johnson."  We are assuming that the friend he is writing of, is his friend, Darrell Royal, the famous football coach who was warned early in his career to stay away from the White House.
