Insurance is mandatory on all purchases made at our establishment. Following your purchase, we will promptly send an invoice that reflects the insurance cost. This is necessary as we do not have the capability to include this insurance option at the actual time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
For USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex, the insurance rate depends on the value of your purchase.
WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND RETURNS: Sales are as expressly stated in this paragraph. We do not sell new items. We only sell antique and used items. No item can be returned unless we have grossly misrepresented the piece. After fourteen (14) days from the sale date, the warrantee will expire and all items are sold as-is, where-is and there will be no returns for any reason. This warranty extends to only the original buyer of record. Exclusions and Limitations: This Warranty does not cover: a) Wear, minor imperfections or factory flaws b) Any description which states (or is bracketed in a section described as) "as-is" or "not guaranteed"; c) Subsequent owners or assigns of the property, Sir Richards Antiques is not responsible for faulty components of any kind in any piece. This disclaimer of liability on our part applies whether the information is included in the listing, advertisements, announcements, or communicated through our representatives, bills of sale, or elsewhere, and whether written or oral. This policy applies to all items on our website, our antique shop and all online sales.
No returns are allowed unless we have significantly misrepresented the item.
