Circa 1987 to 1988 and measures 12".
It is hand painted, designed and signed by world famous Danish artist, Bjorn Wiinblad, Rosenthal Studio Line, Germany.
The 3 series of these collector plates show the different acts of the Richard Strauss opera, Der Rosenkavalier (The Rose Cavalier), which was presented in Dresden in 1911.
This plate is decorated with beautiful, bright colors and gold. Hand painted and signed by world famous Danish artist, Bjorn Wiinblad.
It is in beautiful condition, with absolutely no chips, hairlines or cracks. There are 2 holes in the back of the plate, so you are able to hang it. It does include the box.
This would beautifully accent any room on a mantle or hutch. It is very gorgeous and very stunning. Definitely a great addition for any Rosenthal or wall plate collector.
