Rare French officer, WWI, sulphide pedestal paperweight from the early 20th Century.
Circa 1915 and measures 8" high x 3 3/8" in diameter.
Features a gorgeous sulphide portrait of a French officer during WWI over a stunning ruby ground raised on a three-ring knob extension and baluster-form stem with an applied circular foot.
It is in beautiful condition with a few isolated surface scratches. Please review photographs thoroughly. It is just stunning and would make a wonderful gift.
