Handsome Japanese mocha, Dai Nihon (Great Japan), mug.
Measures 4 3/4” high by 3 1/4” diameter on the base and is from the late Edo period.
This beautiful mug is sporting a handsome wolverine and is at least partially hand painted.
It has the normal crazing, commensurate with its age. A beautiful piece. Enjoy!!!
