Unusual 2" deep framed 9 1/4" x 13 1/2" tarantula.

According to the family, Clarence Riker was the inventor of the process to preserve these insects. Titled, "A Family Pet Brazil", written on the back is, specimen Clarence Riker 1800's.

We found it difficult to photograph with it being under glass; therefore, we took many photos to help you see the good condition of this specimen.
