Wonderful, in a style of the Warring Period, green jade handled mask. We cannot guarantee this period, but have been told that it is a very early piece dating BC.
Measuring 10 1/2" tall by 6 11/16" wide at the widest point of the ears.
A beautiful carved handled mask of green jade, featuring some wonderful colorful suffusions within. The holes could also suggest that it was attached to clothing.
It is in nice condition, having no cracks, hairlines or repairs. Showing one bump.
What a fun and exquisite piece that would make a great eye attraction for any wall hanging or any decorative room. Would be a great addition for any collector.
