GORGEOUS EARLY ENGLISH LONDON STERLING SILVER HUGE HANDLED HIGHLY DETAILED BASKET - CIRCA 1855

Absolutely beautiful early, large English, London sterling silver 12 ½ inch diameter handled basket. The amount of detail in this basket is unreal, including the high relief around the border and on the handle.
Dated on the handle February 21st 1855, this piece is in superior condition for its age. There are no dents or flaws that we could find other than a few minor scratches. You have to look closely to even find those. A wonderful investment piece of early silver to add to your collection.

UNUSUAL WATSON CO SET OF 12 STERLING SILVER ART NOUVEAU FLORAL PATTERN RAMEKIN FORKS AND MATCHING STERLING SILVER HANDLED RAMEKINS WITH LENOX INSERTS

High quality unusual set of 12, The Watson Co., set of 12 sterling silver, Art Nouveau floral pattern ramekin forks and matching sterling silver handled ramekins having Lenox porcelain inserts. The ramekin forks are 4 7/8 inches long and the ramekins are 5 ¾ inches long with a diameter of 3 ¼ inches.
Everything is in beautiful condition except one Lenox insert is damaged. We have seen this size in eBay sold individually in the past, so don’t think it will be hard to replace.
We do have the original fitted box, however it is just the bare wood box without the material.

High quality signed Taxco Victoria Mexican huge 15 ¼ inch round hand hammered copper tray with handsome sterling silver figures in relief around the edge.
It is in nice condition, with some normal staining. We do not polish any copper, letting the purchaser use their own judgment according to their individual taste.

TOWLE STERLING OVERSIZED TWO PIECE BRIGHTCUT SALAD SET - REPOUSSE ARLINGTON PATTERN

Fresh from a local Doctor’s estate, a beautiful pair of oversized Towle sterling salad serving pieces, in the beautiful Arlington repousse pattern.
The two pieces are huge, measuring 11¾ inches long by 2¾ inches wide.
This set has a raised relief pattern of potpourri of flowers and ferns, but their is one addition not normally seen on these sets and that is, beautiful bright cut decoration of roses in the bowl of the spoon and the palm of the fork. A beauty set!!!

Extremely rare and hard to find late 18th century Dutch silver belt buckle, C-1781 in the Baroque style. The high relief repousse casting of Moses with his tablet and Fortuna in her palace. This wonderful, large and impressive size buckle measuring 5 inches by 3 inches, is in great condition as the photos show.

ENGLISH STERLING SILVER BIRMINGHAM 21 PIECE TRAVEL VANITY CASE - HAND DONE GLASS SOME FACETED - INCLUDES RARE MINIATURE CARRIAGE CLOCK- CIRCA 1918

Impressive English silver Birmingham 21 piece vanity travel set like have never seen before. We all see a lot of cased brush sets, however………….. the prize of course is the miniature 1 5/8 inch tall, 5/8 inch deep, 1 1/8 inch wide working carriage clock. Looking at the photos, you can see that it is working at this time, the time has changed while taking photos. We do not have the original key, however are including a regular clock key whose small end works with this clock. This set is from the 1918 period with the maker’s name being C & C, anchor, lion, and lower cased "t". The glass on the pieces is all hand done with 3 being faceted. The set is cased in a special leather fitted case measuring 10 inches x 7 inches x 4 ½ inches high which has two custom stamps on it. The top pin is missing from the lock. In addition there is another travel case that fits over that to protect the leather, as the photos show. Besides the great miniature carriage clock, this set includes many other unusual pieces, for instance, a 3 inch x 4 inch mirror with a back stand, a 2 ¼ inch long lipstick case, a 3 inch long pencil holding, a 3 inch x 2 ½ inch card holder, a 7 inch hair brush which has one dent on the top, a 4 ½ inch clothes brush, a 3 ¼ inch x 1 ¼ hinged box, a 5 ¼ inch button hook, a 5 ¼ inch round toothbrush holder, a 1 5/8 inch hinged pill box, a 1 ¾ inch x 1 ¼ inch match safe with striker on the bottom, a 1 ½ inch pill box, a 1 ½ inch hinged pill box, a 2 ¾ inch tall perfume w/stopper, a 3 inch tall cologne, two 1 ¼ inch pill boxes and two 2 ½ inch tall colognes. This set is in great condition!!! WHEW!! A lot to get through. You know the regular ones with just a few brushes are priced at $1000.00 and up, so what’s this worth??

Beautiful Art Nouveau German Kayser brass compote from the 1895 period. Measuring 7 inches tall and 8 ½ inches in diameter, it is nice condition with only minor loss to the silver overlay on the fruit.

WONDERFUL CARVED MOTHER OF PEARL CASED THREE PIECE CARVING SET - MERIDEN - C-1878

Absolutely gorgeous carved mother of pearl cased Meriden 3 piece carving set patent dated 1878 cased in a wonderful, lush hinged box which came from Sigler Brothers, Cleveland, Ohio measuring 16 inches by 5 ½ inches, which has some wear on the top. The three pieces are in wonderful condition, measuring 13 inches long, 11 ½ inches long and 9 inches long. I cannot find any markings on the silver bands, so assume that they are plated. An usual set to find these days.
